Monthly review Planned Preventative Maintenance

Resolve day to day problems within a timely and cost-effective manner

Ensure that a programme of regular management compliance reports is completed accurately and comprehensively to ensure regulatory compliance.

Compliance & Work Order Management

Oversee contractors onsite and build strong relationships with all Facilities contractors.

Manage asset register management programme.

Develop, maintain and ensure safe execution of all planned maintenance activities to best practice or local legislative standards.

Assist with delivering Capital Projects throughout site

Updating of work order system (AGILITY) with accurate notes and statuses through completion of works orders.

Ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to by contractors and employees

Ability to quickly develop trust and meaningful internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Experienced in a similar role with proven track record

Highly refined communication skills to enable stakeholder management across all levels of the business.
