  • Budgetary control

  • Seek cost savings opportunities and efficiencies in line with values and service levels

  • Monthly review Planned Preventative Maintenance

  • Resolve day to day problems within a timely and cost-effective manner

  • Ensure that a programme of regular management compliance reports is completed accurately and comprehensively to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Compliance & Work Order Management

  • Oversee contractors onsite and build strong relationships with all Facilities contractors.

  • Manage asset register management programme.

  • Develop, maintain and ensure safe execution of all planned maintenance activities to best practice or local legislative standards.

  • Assist with delivering Capital Projects throughout site

  • Updating of work order system (AGILITY) with accurate notes and statuses through completion of works orders.

  • Ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to by contractors and employees

  • Ability to quickly develop trust and meaningful internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Experienced in a similar role with proven track record

  • Highly refined communication skills to enable stakeholder management across all levels of the business.

  • Highly process and compliance focussed with exceptional eye for detail.

  • Ability to self – motivate and work to project timescales and demands of the business.

  • Proficient problem solver who can see problems in the future and course correct to avoid them.

  • A dogged determination to succeed – high levels of energy and "can do" attitude as an individual and as part of the Facilities team.

  • Working knowledge of ATEX & CoMAH Regs
