Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Bristol  £35-£45K per annum A UK leading energy consultancy is seeking an experienced NDEA to join their team in helping their customers reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. The successful NDEA will get the opportunity to work on immensely exciting projects and enjoy the flexibility of managing their own hours. Key Responsibilities – Non-Domestic Energy Assessor: Conduct energy assessments on a diverse range of properties, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations Prepare detailed EPCs and reports Maintain first class customer relationships Provide expert guidance to client on energy-efficient improvements  Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure best results for clients Key Experience – Non-Domestic Energy Assessor: Certified NDEA Level 4/5 Energy Assessor Experience working on commercial properties in a variety of sectors Previous experience in generating EPCs and report writing Excellent client facing & communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for sustainability and the environment Knowledge of IES or DesignBuilder is advantageous What’s on offer?
