Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media strategy across multiple premium automotive brands, including KAHN, Chelsea Truck Company, Project Kahn, and Racing Green.

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who understands how to grow online communities, drive engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers, all while staying true to the aspirational and design-led ethos of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy:
  • Create and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Planning & Scheduling:
  • Build and maintain a detailed content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product drops, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns to boost sales, website traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Brand Aesthetic & Tone:
  • Ensure all content reflects the high-end, lifestyle-driven identity of the brands while supporting commercial and product-driven objectives.
  • Meta Business Suite & Tools:
  • Be fully proficient in using Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms for scheduling, analysis, and campaign creation.
  • Content Creation & Trend Awareness:
  • Collaborate on or create engaging visuals, reels, and stories. Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and AI-driven content opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track performance and report regularly to the Head of Digital and CEO. Use insights to optimise future content and strategies.
  • Collaborate & Elevate:
  • Work closely with our Head of Digital, CEO, photographers, designers, and vehicle build teams to ensure social media tells the story of our evolving brand vision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for premium or lifestyle brands
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and social ad campaign platforms
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative direction skills
  • Confident in creating and editing basic content (especially stories & video/reels)
  • A passion for luxury, automotive culture, design, and fashion
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and community growth
  • Up-to-date with emerging tools, technologies, and social media trends
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Educated to degree level in marketing, social media, digital communications, or a related field is essential
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable
