Job Title: Nobu Cocktail Waitress/Waiter
You will be one of the first points of contact for all guests within the bar and will be responsible for ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Warmly greet all guests entering the bar with a smile.
- Be aware of all reservations and note any VIP or high-profile guests.
- Support the bar team, including bartenders and bar captains.
- Be fully knowledgeable about our cocktail menu and the story behind each drink.
- Have full knowledge of the food menu available within the bar to answer guest queries.
- Represent Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
