De Vere Horsley Estate has 180 bedrooms, 51 meeting and event spaces, a restaurant, 3 bars, gym and swimming pool. Are you looking to start a chef career in a professional kitchen?
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our brigade and award winning Head Chef at De Vere Horsley Estate in Surrey. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week – 5 days out of 7 to include weekends on a rota basis.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to join our Commis Chef Level 2 apprenticeship programme.
As a Commis Chef you will:
• Prepare ingredients while supporting the kitchen brigade
• Work in a fast paced kitchen offering various food offerings to our guests
• Have the opportunity to develop your career with De Vere
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
