This role is critical in ensuring the efficient handling of customer enquiries, providing accurate quotes, and maintaining excellent service standards through both phone and email communications. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and telephone. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Prepare and provide quotes for services and products. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers.Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
