About The Role
Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things on track? As a Stock Controller at Arco, you’ll ensure products move smoothly from vendor to customer. Working with teams across the business, you’ll maintain accurate delivery dates, minimise stock issues and help keep our customer experience effortless.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expediting purchase order delivery dates with vendors and inbound logistics partner(s) to ensure dates are maintained accurately on SAP.
- Monitoring vendor delivery issues and escalating to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring levels of stranded stock are minimised.
- Working closely with vendors to manage the resolution of all blocked invoices and goods inwards non-conformances.
- Working closely with finance to ensure vendor invoices are received and processed efficiently.
- Collaborating with Customer Service for end-to-end visibility and transparency of the customers’ order.
- Providing insights on vendor performance to Supply Chain and Category teams.
- Identifying improvements to administrative processes to reduce manual ways of working.

About You
The ideal Stock Controller will be/have:
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Very good understanding of relevant portfolio of Arco products and vendors.
- Knowledge of SAP.
