The Eramol Graduate Scheme As part of our commitment to nurturing future pharmaceutical professionals, we are excited to launch our two-year graduate programme commencing in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated graduates to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical company. During the scheme, you will rotate through various business areas, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the industry. With support from a dedicated mentor with extensive pharmaceutical expertise and guidance from managers in each department, you'll have the resources to develop your skills and build a strong foundation for your career. What You Will Need * A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline * Strong enthusiasm for and interest in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A proactive and adaptable approach to tackling a variety of tasks * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) * Permanent residency in the UK, either through indefinite leave to remain or UK citizenship What You Will Receive * Salary of £24,000 per year. * Relocation payment to support with a move to the local/commutable area. * Scheme completion bonus if full two years successfully completed. * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. * Opportunities for career development. * Free on-site parking. * Volunteering leave. * Health and wellbeing benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme Recruitment Process Teams interviews will be held in late February with assessments on site in Sevenoaks during the week of 17th March – 21st March. As an organisation regulated by the MHRA our employees must be honest, uphold high ethical standards and maintain high levels of competence and capability in their role. Therefore our pre-employment checks for all roles include employment referencing and DBS checks (criminal records checks) at a basic disclosure level
