Job Description
We are seeking Customer Support Coordinators to join us on a part-time basis (16 hrs/week) to work weekends at our Redditch site. You will be the first point of contact for stores requiring assistance, handling reactive calls, creating Work Orders, chasing Engineers, and providing updates.
Ideal candidates will have a confident phone manner, be assertive when needed, and capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism. You should have the ability to learn quickly and retain information, as you will be using multiple systems to assign jobs to the appropriate Engineers.
Opportunities for career progression include completing an apprenticeship and gaining valuable experience in customer support roles.
