Our client, a world-renowned institution for higher education in music and performing arts, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. This role will provide strategic leadership in operational planning, infrastructure development, and resource management to help deliver the organisation’s 2030 vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Principal and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team
- Lead business planning and operational transformation to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Oversee the management of physical assets, digital systems, and cultural workplace environments
- Drive initiatives to enhance infrastructure and optimise internal processes
- Support strategic and financial planning across departments
- Contribute to shaping inclusive, sustainable, and innovative organisational practices
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in financial and operational leadership within complex organisations
- Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering service transformation
