Are you flexible in your approach and willing to fill the fridge, ensure the office is tidy, whilst also organising, attending and minuting board meetings, organising client visits and managing a busy inbox in addition to providing personal PA support? Are you a skilled and experienced EA or PA with a true understanding of working within a client led environment who offer true flexibility. If you are doing school pick up or drop off or need flexibility for other commitments, this is not a challenge within this business as they offer a flexible start and finish time. Our client will consider a 4 day week or full time. 4 days will be office based. For this role, the right candidate is vital. You will be ready for a challenge, will turn your hand to any task to ensure you are providing valuable support and you will demonstrate truth and integrity in your values and ways of working. What you will be involved with day to day: Full PA/EA support to the CEO daily, to ensure effective management of his time, both personally and professionally. You will act as a key point of contact for the wider team within the business, externally with clients and other stakeholders and personally, building key relationships. Diary management both professionally and personally, manging time, booking appointments, organising meetings, personal appointments and managing all associated logistics. Inbox management, responding proactively to emails and recognising urgency and prioritising accordingly with excellent written communication. You will be a key point of contact internally for the wider business, being that \”go to\” person for the CEO. Organising and attending SLT meetings, taking notes or minutes and actioning points post meeting to ensure the CEO is aware of tasks to be acted on. Organising client presentations and all associated logistics including possible restaurant reservations. All travel and accommodation including personal travel, liaising with Travel Counsellors, time allocation etc. You will be flexible to be based Front of House within this open plan recently refurbished office and will be a key point of contact for clients coming to the office, ensuring every thought is considered, whilst keeping the office fresh, the fridge stocked and anything else as needed. Any other Office Management or facilities related tasks to ensure the office runs effectively on a day to day basis. Organising of company Events and developing these over time within your role. What we are looking for in the right candidate: Our client is looking for trust, discretion, understanding and attention to detail in the right candidate. A highly experienced Executive Assistant or PA who enjoys the urgency and pace that comes with supporting an Entrepreneurial CEO. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease. Excellent formal written communication skills with strong grammar. Able to prioritise and manage tasks effectively, excellent organisational skills, can act with urgency. Flexible in your approach to all tasks, as outlined above, to deal with complex tasks for the CEO, but also paying attention to the small details around the office and front of house – treating both with the same level of importance. Excellent organisational skills can act with urgency. Excellent IT skills, ideally with experience of using Mac and strong knowledge of MS Office. Also, a sense of humour is important, you will enjoy your work and the value you add, you will be relatively relaxed but will be absolutely excellent at your job!
