We looking for an interim Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer to significantly overhaul the current management system. Client Details The business is part of a wider Global group however the aerospace manufacturing facility is based in Redditch. Description As the QMS Engineer your duties will include however will not be limited to: An initial assessment of the quality management systems. Managing and improving the company\’s Quality Management Systems in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. Collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise processes. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate solutions. Providing training and guidance on quality management to other team members. Developing and maintaining documentation for our quality management systems. Analysing data and producing reports on our quality performance for Senior Leaders. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.Profile The successful Quality Management System Engineer will have: Worked in a similar position within a manufacturing environment Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team-working abilities. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools.Job Offer An hourly rate c£30.
