Full and part‑time hours considered, fixed term contract until April 2026

Role

The post holder will be a rotational midwife within the Unit including Triage, Day Assessment Unit, Antenatal Clinics, Antenatal inpatient ward, intrapartum, Postnatal and High‑dependency area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide midwifery care across rotations including triage, day assessment, antenatal clinics, inpatient ward and postnatal services.
  • Support intrapartum and high‑dependency care for pregnant women and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive maternity care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to apply for a B6 post.
  • Completed Flying Start programme.
  • Flexible, good team player and excellent time‑management skills.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
