Role
The post holder will be a rotational midwife within the Unit including Triage, Day Assessment Unit, Antenatal Clinics, Antenatal inpatient ward, intrapartum, Postnatal and High‑dependency area.
Responsibilities
- Provide midwifery care across rotations including triage, day assessment, antenatal clinics, inpatient ward and postnatal services.
- Support intrapartum and high‑dependency care for pregnant women and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive maternity care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
Qualifications
- Eligible to apply for a B6 post.
- Completed Flying Start programme.
- Flexible, good team player and excellent time‑management skills.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
