Hours of Work: Full Time
As a Production Team Leader, you will lead your team by providing direction, motivation, and support while ensuring that all production targets are met without compromising on quality. Your hands-on involvement in the production area will be coupled with your leadership responsibilities, enabling you to balance operational needs effectively. You will conduct team briefings, oversee pre-start checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements. The role requires you to uphold the highest health and safety standards while resolving any issues affecting team performance and equipment effectively.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing environment
