Production Team Leader

Hours of Work: Full Time

As a Production Team Leader, you will lead your team by providing direction, motivation, and support while ensuring that all production targets are met without compromising on quality. Your hands-on involvement in the production area will be coupled with your leadership responsibilities, enabling you to balance operational needs effectively. You will conduct team briefings, oversee pre-start checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements. The role requires you to uphold the highest health and safety standards while resolving any issues affecting team performance and equipment effectively.

Production Team Leader Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance and team development
• In-depth knowledge of health & safety and quality systems
• Results-driven mindset with excellent planning and organisational abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with IT literacy
