My client is a Microsoft partner and fast-growing IT / Telecoms company with some very ambitious goals, based in Glasgow. Due to further growth within the business, they are seeking an experienced infrastructure manager to join the team.

Key Aspects of your role will include:

Security

  • CE / CE+ Implementation, Planning, Auditing and Maintenance for end customers

  • Vulnerability management – Defender for Endpoint?

  • Report Writing

  • In Person Customer Facing Meetings

  • Defender for Endpoint/365/Intune/Business Premium Experience

  • At Scale within MSP

  • Configuring and monitoring security solutions

  • Designing and implementing process for security alerts and remediation within an MSP environment.

  • Designing and implementing compliance/security planning to provide value for end customers.

Automation

  • Critical Thinking and planning of automation planning internal and external

  • Developing and maintaining MSP RMM System

  • Automating Software Deployment

  • Custom Monitoring and Automated Remediation of IT Systems

  • PowerShell scripting, writing and maintaining

  • Knowledge of Rest based APIs with low code solutions such as Rewst

General IT Management:

  • Escalation point for technical queries and issues

  • Working experience with configuration, maintaining at a senior level

  • EntraID Including Conditional Access and Advanced Features

  • Intune

  • Windows Server

  • Windows Desktop

  • Group Policy

  • Experience of Networking such as Network Switches/Firewalls/Wi-Fi Access Points

  • FortiGate

  • Unifi

  • Draytek

  • Aruba CX Switches
