ReCon Advisory Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a dynamic business based in Scotland with projects around the north of England as well as Scotland. The company are an water treatment contractor who operate in the civil engineering sector working on projects between £1m and £10 million in value. They are recruiting a Site Agent who has previous experience of working on Water projects. The Role: Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery and Construction Manager, this is a site-based role. Liaising professionally with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers at all levels to ensure projects are managed efficiently. Understanding and implementing of project programmes independently and/or alongside Contract Manager. Managing day to day sub-contract works to ensure these are undertaken safely, as per scope, programme and contract terms. Completion, compliance and control of site paperwork including filing of documentation Site / client facing meetings as necessary. Working closely with and supporting Contract Manager, Commercial Team, Directors and other team members on a regular basis. Being aware of project programme dates, sub-contractors engaged to undertake the works, variations to works and completion dates. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills, incorporating a professional and authoritative management style with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively as necessary. Experience: Minimum 5 year’s experience within a Site Agent/Management role.
