Legal Assistant/Paralegal Leamington Spa (office based) £24,000 – £26,000 p/a Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and multi-faceted legal services company. They are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the legal department in their Leamington Spa office. Duties and responsibilities of a Legal Assistant/Paralegal include (but are not limited to): Provide technical and administrative support to fee earning staff. Utilise case management systems effectively and ensure efficient use of time and resources. Ensure initial and ongoing accuracy of client and matter data. Handle enquiries, routine updates and client on-boarding promptly and proactively. Contribute to the development and improvement of business systems and processes. The successful candidate: 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant/legal secretary/paralegal. Experience opening files, client care, on-boarding, and third party communication. Proficiency with legal case management systems and fluency with industry forms and procedures. Knowledge of general civil litigation is extremely desirable.
