Beauftragte:r für Jugendpastoral KERNZONE Wels Pfarre Raum Wels Sprunglinks zum Inhalt der Seite In der jugendpastoralen Einrichtung KERNZONE Wels wird mit einem multiprofessionellen Team kirchliche Jugendarbeit auf vier Wegen verwirklicht: Förderung der Jugendarbeit in den Pfarren, Schulpastorale Angebote, nachgehende Seelsorge/Stadtteil-Arbeit im öffentlichen Raum der Stadt Wels und einem offenen Begegnungsort für Jugendliche (Jugendzentrum).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Kontakt- und Beziehungsarbeit in offenen Jugendangeboten und Projekten
- Mobile Jugendarbeit (z.B. Stadtteiljugendarbeit, Festivalseelsorge am Welser Volksfest etc.)
- Ansprechpartner:in für die Pfarrgemeinden im Raum Wels in Fragen der Jugendarbeit und Schaffung von Angeboten für Jugendliche in den Pfarrgemeinden (z.B. Projekte gestalten, Unterstützung in der Firmvorbereitung etc.)
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von zeitgemäßen spirituellen Angeboten für junge Menschen: Jugendliturgien etc. (gerne konfessionsübergreifend)
- Vernetzung mit anderen Jugendeinrichtungen und jugendrelevanten Playern in Wels
- Kreative und innovative Weiterentwicklung der Jugendeinrichtung KernZone Wels gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Mitarbeit in anderen Schwerpunkten sowie in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Die genauen Aufgabenbereiche werden vor der Anstellung direkt mit dem:der Bewerber:in entsprechend der individuellen Fähigkeiten vereinbart.
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung und nach Möglichkeit theologische Qualifizierung (kann berufsbegleitend nachgeholt werden)
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen sowie mit Multiplikator:innen
- Erfahrung mit (kirchlicher) Jugendarbeit
- Teamplayer:in mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenständigkeit
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Organisieren von Projekten
- Bereitschaft fallweise abends und wochenends zu arbeiten
- Identifikation mit christlichen Grundwerten (z.B. Solidarität, Offenheit, Gleichwertigkeit aller Menschen)
- berufsadäquate physische und psychische Konstitution
- Mitgliedschaft in der röm.-kath. Kirche

- Bei Neuanstellungen wird das Dienstverhältnis standardmäßig zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet. Im Zuge von strukturellen Veränderungen kann es zu Anpassungen der Aufgaben kommen.
Gehalt und Vertrag
Die Aufgabe setzt sich zusammen aus 50% offener Jugendarbeit und 50% Jugendpastoral in der Pfarre Raum Wels. Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Diözese Linz. Bei ausschließlich pädagogischer Qualifikation ab € 3068,- zusätzlich Berücksichtigung von Vordienstzeiten und theologischer Qualifikation.
