We\’re looking for a Client Support professional to join a dynamic and collaborative team supporting financial advisers across a wide range of services including wealth management, investment planning, and employee benefits. The Role

You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers by preparing client reports, updating systems, liaising with providers, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing for client reviews by updating client records and requesting provider information
  • Validating fund data and updating income expectations
  • Producing valuation reports and supporting documentation using internal templates
  • Submitting cases and assisting in new business processing
  • Answering calls and dealing with client and provider enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining accurate client files
  • Staying up to date with products, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting advisers with excellent administrative assistance across all aspects of client care

What We\’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting a financial adviser or working in a regulated financial services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn systems (knowledge of IO is a bonus)
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
  • A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to embrace company values of professionalism, trust, and innovation
