Trainee Quantity Surveyor Required – Residential Contractor – St Albans Area – Up to £30K + Package I am currently representing a Top Construction Company who are seeking to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, to be office based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. My client has grown steadily to become an established part of both the residential and commercial construction sector covering London and surrounding counties. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and make payments in respect of interim and final account applications from Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers in accordance with Company contractual arrangements. * Contribute to the delivery of all confirmed project tasks and goals. * Assist in the preparation of Orders with Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers. * Prepare and co-ordinate labour only payments. * Maintain accurate records. * Carry out take-off, measurement, scheduling exercises and prepare bills of quantities for the procurement and sub-letting processes.
