Teaching Assistant – SEN Pupils Location: Northampton / Northamptonshire Contract: Permanent / Ful Time Pay: Grade E salary point 4-5. (Salary to be pro rata based on full time equivalent salary £24,404 – £24,790) The Role Vision for Education is working with a Northampton based primary school who are looking for an experinced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them on a full time basis from September 2025. You will be joining an Ofsted rated \’Good\’ school, who are welcoming and supportive. Having access to your own vehicle would be an advntage due to the location of the school. Requirements (Essentials Only) Committed to the role and be able to work with children who have varied needs Experince of working with children with a range of special educational needs Capable of building relationships with the pupils and be willing to be flexible to support their specific needs Willing to undergo specific training from outside agencies in order to support the children with specific areas of need. Must be able to work in an adaptive way to ensure children are able to be part of everyday school life. Able to communicate effectively with parents, outside agencies and professionals.
