Full time EA/PA job, Remote working and occasionally Henley-on-Thames and Knightsbridge, London

An opportunity for a highly organised, efficient, and discrete EA to support a high-profile male principal with the business side of his life mostly but also to assist with some of the personal administrative side of family life.

The ideal person will be working from the residence when the principal is in the U.K during term times about twice a month for a few days each visit. This could be in his family home in Henley-on-Thames or in Knightsbridge. He travels extensively and so some occasional travel to accompany him on business trips will be required. When not travelling and he is out the country, the EA can work remotely from their home. Due to where businesses and family homes are based, travel and work engagements may mean some travel to these different regions in the worldand being aware of time zones in the U.S, Europe and Asia.

The ideal candidate will be smart, articulate, forward thinking, solution minded, resilient, flexible with a can-do attitude. The ability to do research, write up reports, minutes, power point presentations and hence generally be highly skilled administratively. EA will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will need to engage with clients over the phone and/or in person.

Duties to include:

  • Point of contact for telephone calls, email and other correspondence

  • Liaising with the Family/Business office

  • Accurate and concise management of all relevant documentation

  • Fiscal responsibility; recording and reporting daily incoming and outgoing expenditures

  • Scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, and sending reminders

  • Handling orders for all local and international purchases

  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, and all personnel as per the principal’s request

  • Travel arrangements: All logistics including the booking of tickets, cars and hotels

  • Organising visas

  • Consular contact

  • Diary Management of appointments; both, personal and professional

  • Research worldwide locations and businesses for the principal’s needs and interests

Start date: As soon as the right person is found

Working week: Monday – Friday but with flexibility to respond to email enquiries over the weekend

Working hours: Core hours 40/45 hour week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Flexible
