Job Description

You will have SVQ level 3, in Housing or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

You will assist tenants and owners to meet their needs and overcome problems encountered during the capital and planned maintenance projects and contribute to the efficient running of the capital and planned maintenance programme.

You will have experience of working with the public in a service delivery role. Good verbal and written communication skills, a problem solving mindset, accuracy, numeric skills and computer literate are also essential.
