You will assist tenants and owners to meet their needs and overcome problems encountered during the capital and planned maintenance projects and contribute to the efficient running of the capital and planned maintenance programme.

Good verbal and written communication skills, a problem solving mindset, accuracy, numeric skills and computer literate are also essential.
