Junior Business Analyst Peterborough PE1 (full time onsite) Initial 12 Month Contract – likely to extend & for the right person! 37 hours a week: Mon – Fri Up to £17.20 PAYE hourly rate plus holiday and pension contribution OR Umbrella hourly rates up to £23.10 We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our client’s UK Head office based in Peterborough. To be successful we’re looking for a confident communicator with proven data analytics experience and a keen, eager to learn mentality – personality really will go a long way in this instance! What would the Junior Business Analyst do? * Prepare weekly/monthly spend headcount reports. Find insights, anomalies from these. * Maintain PowerBi dashboard * Analyse data for savings initiatives * Presentations; need to provide data for this to be presented to CFO’s * UAT documents create/assess these * Maintain stakeholder and supplier lists What skills and experience will the Junior Business Analyst have? * 2 years’ experience in business analysis roles – you’ll understand and present data. Project Management experience would be an advantage * Intermediate Excel skills (you’ll be able to create pivot tables, use formulas, v look ups etc) * Power BI experience. Computer literate and background using Office 365 * Analysis/Reports – demonstrable experience analysing data & creating reports on your results * An effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills – we’re looking for someone with real drive, who’s eager to achieve their goals and is able to chat to anyone at any level!
