About The Role
InkBridge Networks is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives on designing, building, and deploying complex and mission-critical network ecosystems. We work with some of the world\’s most recognized organizations — including AT&T, Goldman Sachs, and Vodafone — to build infrastructure that simply cannot fail.
In this role, you\’ll focus on deploying robust, high-performance, and highly available infrastructure across multiple geographic sites — systems that serve millions of users and require zero downtime.

What You\’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy custom network infrastructure for ISPs and global enterprises
- Architect systems for high availability, load balancing, failover, and multi-site synchronization
- Work directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Build the ecosystems around FreeRADIUS — including databases, authentication services, and infrastructure automation
- Collaborate with a global team in a low-bureaucracy, engineering-driven environment
What We\’re Looking For
We value technical depth , strong communication , and ownership mindset . You\’ll need to demonstrate:
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with large-scale network deployments and infrastructure automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Required technologies:
- SaltStack
- Terraform
- Git & GitHub Actions
- vSphere or similar virtualization platforms (e.g., VirtualBox, Docker)
- A modern programming language (Python, Lua, etc. — anything but JavaScript)
- Shell scripting in a Unix environment
- CI/CD practices
- General networking knowledge (Layers 2-4)
Nice to have / Desirable knowledge:
- LDAP (scopes and filters)
- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Redis or equivalents
- RADIUS and FreeRADIUS
- 802.1X, EAP variants (TLS, TTLS, PEAP, SIM, AKA)
- VPN and security protocols (IKEv2, IPSEC, WireGuard)
- X.509 PKI
- Kafka
- DHCPv4/DHCPv6
- VRRP
- DNS
Note: Experience with FreeRADIUS is a plus, but not required. Our work is often more about the ecosystem around it.
