We seek an experienced machine operator for this busy automated manufacturing facility, Previous experience operating production machinery and the ability to follow machine instructions would be beneficial, although full training will be provided. This is a temporary role but there is a possibility for a permanent role in 12 weeks.
You would be interested in learning the machine and elements of maintenace CAD-CAM, you would be confident using a PC to update stock and job details and be interested in a long term role that does have a genuine permanent contact behind it. This client is looking for temporary to permanent role as the training is usually a couple of months to get up to full capability so only apply if you are looking for a committed role.
Hours Mon-Fri 2 weekly rota 6:00am 14:30pm or 14:00pm 22:30pm (8 hour day / hour lunch + 2 x 10min breaks)- you must be able to rotate
Reporting to: Production Manager
This role would suit an experienced machine operator who is looking for a varied role. You will be responsible for ensuring the machine is topped up with raw materials, (this can be done as often as every 3hrs and the bag can weigh around 20kg) and quality checking made products, some confidence with basic maths in order to do some calculations. This is a physical role as there is lots of movement but only limited heavy lifting. Safety boots are essential
