Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Manager role
Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with any guest requests.
Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations. Act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.
Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.
About youPrevious experience in hotel front office management within the premier segment is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities skills are required.
