The Ladder School are excited to be recruiting an Apprentice Learning Coach to join our team from September 2025. We are a school for students from year 9 to sixth form and we offer an alternative education for our students to help them achieve the best they can. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Apprentice Leaning Coach to join our incredible team to help support the students. Duties will included, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the class teacher during lessons
- Providing support to your students
- Following the schools safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ensuring safeguarding concerns are reported
- Dealing with challenges from students in a professional and calm manner
- Liaising with parents/carers and conducting safe and well calls
This position will be working Monday to Friday 8:20 – 15:55 term time only
