As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for supervising students during examinations, ensuring that all exam regulations are followed and that students have a fair and secure environment in which to complete their exams. You will be working as part of a team to support the exam process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise examinations: Ensure students follow the rules and regulations of the exam. * Set up exam rooms: Prepare the room, distribute materials, and ensure that all required equipment is in place. * Maintain exam security: Ensure the exam environment is free from distractions or cheating, and monitor for any irregularities. * Manage students: Ensure students are seated appropriately, and provide assistance to those with special requirements if necessary. * Ensure adherence to exam protocols: Complete necessary paperwork and report any issues that arise. * Clear up after exams: Ensure the safe collection of exam papers and any other materials.
