Our client is looking to recruit self-motivated an energy assessor to produce energy assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for large national developers using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) methodology using Elmhurst software. This is a home-based role and no site visits are required as part of the New-Build SAP/EPC process. You will need to have your OCDEA qualification and be used to producing SAP 10 on a daily basis and want to learn NDEA work then our client would be keen to speak to you.
