Job Description

Job Title: Hospitality Systems Trainer (EPOS)\\n Location: UK Wide\\n Contract Duration: May – July 2025 (or earlier if available, extensions possible)\\n Rate: Rates variable dependent on experience (double shifts available) + £60 per travel day + 25ppm mileage\\n\\nAre you passionate about the hospitality industry and have experience in training or senior management?\\n Our client, a leading hospitality organisation, is looking for experienced Hospitality System Trainers / EPOS Engineers to join their team across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of training projects, delivering hands-on training on new hospitality systems to staff and management.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n Contract: May – July 2025 (or earlier if available, extensions possible)\\n Training Locations: Could involve 2 – 3 days training in Oxford, TBC\\n Training Duties: Deliver training on new EPOS systems, including some elements of configuration, technical support, and troubleshooting.\\n Shift Patterns: Full-time, with shifts varying week to week (4-5 days per week). Double shifts will be required, and shift patterns may change with short notice.\\n Travel: Significant travel required across the UK, including regular overnight stays.\\n\\nCandidate Criteria:\\n Experience in a senior management position in the hospitality industry, OR, EPOS Engineers with excellent communication skills and training experience within the EPOS / IT industry \\n Passion for training and coaching others.\\n Strong ability to deliver customer-focused training with professionalism and approachability.\\n Experience with Aztec systems is desirable.\\n Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels.\\n A reliable vehicle and full UK driving license are essential.
