Regional Director | Elderly Care Homes Andover, Hampshire Salary: £90,000+, £5,000 car allowance and bonus Full time Remit Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Regional Director. The client operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK and seeks someone to work closely with the leadership team to support their homes across the Southwest of England. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that is recruiting to help strengthen its senior management team due to the growth of the business. This will be a new region of elderly care homes and will a great opportunity for a senior management to further develop a regional of stable care services. As a Regional Director, you will oversee a portfolio of under ten elderly nursing homes and work with the senior management team to manage the overall performance of the region, leading and supporting the home managers and line managing a Regional Support Manager. The role requires someone who can commit to the travel across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and Dorset. A firm understanding of how to run a commercially successful region whilst also working alongside the quality team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. The Candidate The successful candidate must have experience working within a Regional Manager/Director capacity and you will need to show you can demonstrate your ability running a successful portfolio of elderly homes. Please note that these homes operate in the self funded market and experience within the area would be advantageous. Requirements * Experience in a similar Regional Manager or Regional Director position. * A background in elderly care home market – specifically within nursing homes. * Must be able to commit to travel and potential overnight stays * Driving license and own vehicle are required. Location This is a regional role covering areas such as Andover, Warminster, Ringwood, Oxford, Swindon, Basingstoke, Salisbury and Reading. Summary My client is seeking an experienced Regional Director who has experience in a similar capacity and is offering a salary starting at £90,000+ along with a £5,000 car allowance and bonus structure.
