Business Development Manager (Automotive) Location: Warrington, Cheshire (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 to £45,000, plus 10% commission if targets achieved (paid at year end). £7,000 car allowance. Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30 Contract: Permanent We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our client’s team and drive their aftermarket business! Our client is a large, global automotive business, and they are looking for someone with ambition to succeed and experience in the industry to join their ranks and drive their business development across the UK. If you have experience in business development and leasing or fleet within the automotive industry, along with a passion for building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. The Role: * Drive growth within the business by identifying and generating new business leads. * Attend client meetings with new and existing customers. * Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients. * Close new business deals and meet sales targets. * Liaise with customers and manage data efficiently. Experience & Qualifications: * Experience in a business development role within the leasing and fleet sector. * Experience in identifying and pursuing new business prospects. * Personable, reliable, friendly, and driven. * Full UK driving licence as you will be required to travel for client meetings. * Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
