Imagine starting your day with a drive out to our onshore wind farm, the turbines standing tall against the morning sky. You’re there to carry out a routine inspection, making sure each turbine is in tip-top shape. Sometimes, you find a simple fix, like adjusting a component. Other times, you dive deep into the mechanical, electrical, or technical mysteries that keep these giants turning. You don’t just troubleshoot—you solve problems before they even have the chance to slow us down, ensuring our turbines keep catching the wind with minimal downtime.

Maybe a turbine needs an urgent repair, and you’re ready to jump into action, swapping out parts and ensuring everything is back up and running smoothly.
