Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme: Assist in delivering lessons and supporting the teacher in daily classroom activities. Foster an inclusive environment where all students can thrive, particularly those with additional learning needs. Support classroom management, ensuring a safe and focused atmosphere. Help prepare resources, activities, and materials for lessons. Requirements of the Teaching Assistant (TA) Programme: Experience in care, working with vulnerable adults, or in roles such as sports coaching or children\’s entertainment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational and emotional development. Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
