Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire production teams to deliver high performance and a positive shopfloor culture. Manage daily operations to meet output, quality, safety, and compliance targets. Ensure effective resource planning and execution of the production schedule. Maintain shift records and lead performance reviews with clear improvement actions. Drive a strong safety culture and ensure environmental and GMP compliance. Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and HSE to achieve operational goals.
