You will be joining a multi-accredited main contractor based in Sunderland working on high-profile infrastructure projects. This industry-leading organisation has a strong pipeline of work across a multitude of different sectors. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard an Estimator to join their team. As Estimator, you will be based in their Sunderland office and be responsible for, but not limited to: Recording and logging all tender correspondence Reviewing tender documentation and providing feasibility advice Preparing and submitting tender queries and clarifications Creating detailed proposals adhering to client specifications and guidelines Preparing and submitting subcontract enquiries Reviewing subcontract tender submissions. Requirements: Previous experience in heavy civils estimating Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Full UK driving licence. Salary/Benefits: Starting salary up to £70k/annum (negotiable depending on experience) Car allowance (up to £6k/annum) Exposure to high-profile and rewarding projects Opportunity to advance your career with a forward-thinking contractor
