Job Title: Sales Compensation Analyst (Open)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer monthly/quarterly/annual incentive compensation plans.
  2. Calculate and validate individual sales compensation payouts based on performance metrics, quota attainment, and plan rules.
  3. Coordinate payout approvals and ensure timely submission to payroll.
  4. Communicate compensation policies and plan changes clearly to the sales organization.
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for sales team inquiries regarding compensation plans and payouts.
  6. Resolve discrepancies and investigate payout disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Support the rollout and ongoing configuration of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform.
  8. Maintain accurate data in the ICM tool including quotas, territory alignments, plan components, and crediting logic.
  9. Maintain auditable records of compensation data and calculations.
  10. Support internal and external audits and reporting as needed.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, payroll, or related roles in commercial or financial operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong process-driven mindset with a passion for structure, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; experience with CRM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ICM tools (Varicent, Xactly, CallidusCloud, CaptivateIQ) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
