We are pleased to offer a business administration apprenticeship opportunity. You will work alongside our office manager to support sales consultants and their clients. Duties include manual and computerized filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Salary will be discussed further at the interview.

Training Course

Business Administrator (Level 3)

Hours

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. We do a late shift once a week from 10:30 – 19:00. Total hours: 37 hours per week.

Start date: Monday, 01 September.

1 Year 6 Months

Work

As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience working at a company, developing new skills alongside experienced staff.

Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will be trained in and perform various administrative duties including:

  • Sending and responding to emails
  • Manual and computerized filing
  • Scanning and photocopying
  • Producing documents using our CRM system

You will also be trained to:

  • Use templates
  • Input data into databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintain records

Additional training and experience will include:

  • Handling enquiries and requests for information from internal and external customers via in person, phone, email, or post

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our consultants
  • Distributing post
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Greeting visitors
  • Collating invoices

Training

The apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or training organization, with at least 20% of working hours dedicated to training or studying.
