Role Overview: As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial aspects of our projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, contracts, risk assessments, and the overall financial performance of projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the commercial management of a range of projects in the architectural and structural metalwork sector. * Oversee contract negotiations, cost control, and procurement processes. * Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. * Conduct risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. * Manage project cash flow, including invoicing, payment schedules, and financial reporting. * Provide guidance and leadership to the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. * Work closely with senior management to drive profitability and ensure operational efficiency.
