Job Title: Studio Manager Job Type: 12-month contract Location: Bristol (hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office per week) Salary: £40,000–£50,000 We’re on the hunt for a Studio Manager to join an award-winning digital agency specialising in building beautiful websites. This 12-month contract role, is an exciting opportunity to oversee the studio’s daily operations, streamline workflows, and ensure the seamless delivery of gold-standard projects. What You Will Be Doing Managing the studio’s day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Managing resource allocations, ensuring each project is set up for success. Coordinating developers, designers, and project managers to optimise studio workflows and capacity. Working closely with department heads to make sure projects are running smoothly and team members remain motivated. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring processes are streamlined and well-documented. Monitoring operational performance, tracking progress against KPIs, providing detailed reports to the senior leadership team. Improving client and agency profitability, by making sure best practices are adhered to. Escalating risks to projects to senior management when required. Providing support and guidance to junior members of the studio team. The Experience You Will Need Proven experience running studios in a digital agency environment or similar. A solid understanding of web design and development processes is essential. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
