Our client is an investment led Multi Family Office start-up company founded in 2022 with a focus on the Far Eastern region. They provide bespoke holistic and independent family financial advice around wealth structuring investment management and corporate finance. They\’re now looking for motivated, bright, talented individuals, with previous experience in the private client sector, or someone with relevant experience (relationship building and interacting with Chinese HNWIs) to join the team.

Title: Fund Sales/Client Advisor
Location: Central London (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote 9am – 5pm)
Salary: £30,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60,000 – £90,000)
Languages: Native Mandarin and fluent English
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business relationships, with a focus on High-Net-Worth individuals and families.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their family wealth aspirations and provide tailored advice.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized family wealth solutions for clients. – Create a network and eco system of external advisors.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
Risk management and effective control throughout the sales process
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Native level Mandarin and fluent English is required for this role
Ideally 2-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management, with exposure to HNWIs
Relevant qualifications: RDR Level 4 (RDR Level 4 qualification must be completed prior to starting the role)
Ability to digest information, take instructions, ask questions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Experience in event management, business development, and PR responsibilities would be considered favourably
Key qualities: trustworthy, reliable, tenacious, resilient, thorough, and excellent attention to details
