About the Role In this role you will be conducting financial assessments and annual reviews for vulnerable residents in receipt of chargeable care services in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. You will be working in line with the teams current processes to ensure accurate charging across all social care services. Provide clear, supportive advice to clients, families, and care providers on financial assessments, this includes advising and handling complaints, appeals, and complex cases with professionalism and empathy. Manage Deferred Payment Agreements in accordance with Council policy, and offer guidance on welfare benefit entitlements to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery and play an active role in supporting the team with service improvements and achieving positive outcomes for residents and the wider community.
