A friendly and growing Bookkeeping & Payroll Services company in Worthing is looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable, flexible role with a supportive team and a welcoming work environment.

You’ll be working two days a week, 8.30am – 5.00pm, providing accurate bookkeeping services for a range of clients. The role will involve handling day-to-day transactions, preparing accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations and data entry

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Processing payroll accurately and on time

Preparing VAT returns and supporting financial reporting

Liaising with clients and HMRC where required

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date
