Our successful and growing hotel client in Cardiff are seeking an Hotel Reservations & Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly and outgoing team.
The role would suit someone from a hotel background, or someone from events, customer service, or sales who loves delivering good customer service experience, and strong organisational skills.
Location: Based in Cardiff City Centre
You must be able to drive, but you will have use of the company pool cars if you are going off site to visits / events.
Hours / Shifts:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday shifts worked on a rota: 8:00am – 4:30pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm.
You will also work 2 Saturdays in every 4, but you will get a day off in the following week.What you\’ll be doing:
Handle incoming enquiries from customers, offering them tailored accommodation solutions
Process day to day bookings and reservations whilst taking a proactive role in up-selling hotel offerings to customers
Support the Head of Sales in the planning and administration of sales activity
Effectively delivering fantastic customer service, converting business across the accommodation, meeting and hot desk spaces.
