My client in the Hindley Green area of Wigan require an experienced Paint Prepper / Labourer.

The Role:
Carry out all Surface Preparation – Cleaning, Pre-treatment of all Substrates, Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.
Masking and covering of all areas that are not being coated.
Operation of Airless paint application system.
Applying both single pack and two pack coating systems.
Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern.
Ability to carry out repair work on coated products.
Carry out basic plant/machine maintenance, ensuring equipment is operational at all times.
Final Inspection – Inspecting and assessing of spray coatings after the product has full cured.
Complete all required Quality documentation.
Flexible approach and commitment to production schedule and working hours.
Positive can-do attitude.
