Are you a commercially focused sales leader with a passion for building lasting customer relationships and driving growth across international markets? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Manager to take ownership of developing Fortune Brands’ customer base through proactive account management and strategic inside sales activity. As Internal Sales Manager , your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability within a defined portfolio of customers, while maintaining exceptional service and communication standards. You’ll work across a diverse range of channels — including showrooms, contractors, agents, buying groups, merchants, installers, and E-commerce partners — to strengthen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities. What you will be responsible for Increase turnover and profitability in line with the annual AOP with current customer base in defined markets by acting as the lead account manager customers Outbound telephone/Teams activity to increase brand presence, deliver product training and drive promotional participation Work with client and internal Customer Services teams to manage all supply, credit, product, or technical issues in a timely manner Work closely with client and internal Marketing teams to provide the support necessary to drive brand exposure and sales Provide internal support to the Head of European sales and Regional Account Managers. Be the conduit between the external international team and head office stake holders Assist in management of all agent relationships Help an deliver the annual channel plan to meet the strategic needs of the EMEAA business Work with the Head of Retail sales to assess all geographic markets balancing current/potential revenue, right to compete and investment Provide monthly (and ad hoc) reporting on KPI’s, market feedback and progress towards strategic initiatives Manage a pipeline of contract project to help deliver your on annual target Keep accurate records of all activity on CRM What you already have : Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and French Strong organisational skills with and accurate record keeping/reporting capability The diligence and working memory to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent relationship management skills; adaptable to all situations/individuals A solution focused mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively Ability to successfully negotiate customer agreements and develop partnerships IT literate with good excel and powerpoint skills Communicative and able to work in a team Our Purpose
