The Role
As Amazon E-Commerce Executive, you will support the Category Manager in executing merchandising strategies across Amazon UK and EU. You\’ll help deliver best-in-class online shopping experiences, optimise product listings, and drive performance across multiple marketplaces. Working closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and an external retail media business, you\’ll ensure our products stand out, convert, and delight customers. This role is based in Marlow, with 4 days per week in the office, giving you the chance to work closely with the team and be at the heart of key projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of merchandising strategies for Amazon UK & EU
- Collaborating with the retail media business to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI
- Maintaining and updating the Amazon product catalogue, ensuring accurate, engaging, and compliant content
- Monitoring availability, placement, and customer reviews to improve the digital shelf
- Assisting in seasonal campaign execution and new product launches
- Analysing data to identify opportunities and share best practice across markets
The Person
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Amazon experience, either in-house or business-side
- Knowledge of product listings, SEO/keywords, content compliance, and retail media campaigns
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong Excel/Power BI skills and a data-driven approach
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce background advantageous
- Able to work in the Marlow office 4 days per week
