Joiner Social Housing & Public Buildings

Monday to Friday | 8:00am 4:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy Property Maintenance / Capital Works team delivering repairs, refurbishments, and new works across housing stock, schools, and public buildings.
The Role

Carry out general joinery repairs and maintenance of domestic dwellings

Install new doors, windows, staircases, and fitted furniture as required

Work to NHF Schedule of Rates or similar, updating progress on a PDA or hand-held device

Work effectively within a multi-disciplined team

Complete job paperwork accurately and maintain records of materials used

Support apprentices or trainees when required

Liaise with customers, ensuring a professional and friendly service

Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices

Use PPE appropriately and report hazards or incidents

Work with digital systems and new technology

Essential Requirements

Experience in joinery repairs and maintenance of domestic dwellings
