An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a top UK firm in its highly ranked incentives team. The team advises on various matters, including assisting global companies with the operation of international share plans and handling issues in the financial services sector, such as bonus cap removals and cross-border pay regulations. On the transactional side, the group has notable experience acting for clients in high-profile mergers, audit separations, and investments, with clients including FTSE companies and regulators.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction.
- Have between NQ-1 year PQE in a reputable incentives team.
- Experience in employee incentives/share schemes
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
